Sin palabras…..I would like to say it’s taken me quite a few months to not only find the time but the words to best describe how grateful I am to have found Marlys as our representative to help in the process of sponsoring my husband from Cuba to Canada. Our journey started 5+ years ago 2018 when we got engaged. I took a chance on an ad I saw on Facebook, called Marlys and when we spoke I immediately felt the genuine warmth, care, and professionalism in her voice. We met shortly after to discuss further exactly what needed to be done, realistic expectations, and reassurance that she would literally walk us through the entire process from start to finish. And that she did! Not once ever was she not available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Even through the Pandemic ???? Marlys kept us updated on status of our application and if any changes occurred. For people who are not aware, sponsoring a spouse or family member from any country to Canada involves quite a bit of paperwork, time, patience and perseverance. Many people have attempted on their own with success and some not so much. Every case is slightly different, but we kept to the course, followed Marlys instructions, recommendations and was never discouraged. I personally am not one of those people who have the time or energy to go through all the legalities and documents I am not trained for. This is what Marlys as a professional can do for you! She will take care of all that she in her power can on your behalf. From sorting through documents, submissions & being in the know on the most updated procedures and processes (especially through the Pandemic). My husband and I cannot thank Marlys enough for all she has done for us so that we could finally be united in Canada to start our lives together. Now, please keep in mind 5 years is not the normal timeframe to wait for the application to be approved, however due to the Pandemic and some personal delays on my end here in Canada, hence 5 years. But as soon as all the obstacles cleared, Marlys was able to help us reunite quickly (in less than a year once final application was sent) We are forever grateful for her help. No price will ever justify how worthwhile it was for us to have her in our corner, guiding us through the very complicated process Canada requires.
